Love this planner! It integrates all aspects of goals, weekly plans, morning and evening routines! It’s awesome!!
I have never seen the sense in writing down my day's thoughts and in physical journaling, but I am really starting to enjoy it with the format given in these journals. This is perfect for those just starting with the idea of journaling. I believe the annual subscription will build a habit from which I can grow and continue with afterwards.

Two personal favorites of the FFP:
(1) Weekly "wins" - as a "glass-half-empty" personality type, my tendency was to focus on what didn't get done, what was broken, what needed to be changed or tweaked. After a full quarter of weekly reviews listing wins for the week, I am able to go back and SEE how much I'm actually getting done and the good stuff that's actually happening. And I'm beginning to feel it.
(2) The daily BIG THREE - in the past, I would schedule 20 tasks on a day, knock out 13 and feel like a complete failure. This has been a critical mind-set change - and game-changer for me.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!
I love the concept of the journal. I am inconsistent in my use of the journal, but it is a helpful activity when I set aside the 10 minutes to complete it. I am glad I purchased it but don’t plan to subscribe for auto delivery until I have made a habit of it.
