Review and Update My Account
How much is shipping?
Single planner: Domestic standard shipping (within the 48 contiguous United States) is a flat rate of $7.61. *Please note: Due to Covid-19, if you select the Flat-Rate Shipping option, you may experience delays in your shipping beyond our standard 4-8 business day window. If you’re in a rush to receive your planner, please select the FedEx Home Delivery option for your shipping method.
Annual Subscription: Domestic shipping (within the 48 contiguous United States) is a fee of $5.99 per shipping. This shipping charge will happen automatically each time your new planner ships each quarter.
If you select an Annual Subscription but also add other products to your cart, then you will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7.61 in addition to the quarterly $5.99 shipping rate for your annual subscription. You will only be charged the flat rate for the other products once.
How do I update the email address on my account?
Log in to the customer portal through the "Log In" link at the top of the site. Once logged in, navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account and click on the Edit Profile link.
Please be sure to use the same email address you used to place your initial order. This will allow the system to identify your past purchases.
Please note: Simply ordering a product from our store will not automatically create an account and this must be done as a separate action.
Once you complete this process you will be able to sign in and view all subscriptions you have purchased with that email address.
How do I update my billing information?
To update the billing information associated with your subscription account, log in and navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account. From there, click on the View Subscriptions link, then click on the Billing Information link at the top of that page.
How do I update my shipping information?
To update the default mailing address for one-time orders (non-subscriptions), log in and navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account. From there, click on the View Addresses link to view and edit your address for future orders.
For subscriptions, log in and navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account. Next, click on the View Subscriptions link. Next, click on the Edit link next to the subscription you need to change, and finally click on the Edit link below the Shipping/Billing address section.
How can I obtain an invoice?
Log in and navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account. Scroll down to the Order History section and click on the order number of the order for which you need an invoice. Next, click on the Print This Page button to open the print dialog. You should be able to print or save the invoice as a PDF.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in and navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account. Next, click on the View Subscriptions link. Next, click on the Edit link next to the subscription you need to change. Lastly, click on the Cancel Subscription link below the Shipping/Billing address section.
Please be sure to use the same email address you used to place your initial order. This will allow the system to identify your past purchases.

How can I change my future shipment dates?
We are happy to adjust your future shipment dates! Please contact us at fullfocusplanner.com/support and we’ll make this edit for you. In your request, please feel free to include the timeframes in which you would like to receive your planners. Although we cannot guarantee delivery at any certain time, we’ll make every effort to ensure you receive your planners in your desired timeframe.
What if I’m a current domestic annual subscriber, but want to switch to one of the new lines?
If you would like one of these new planners to replace your current subscription, simply visit fullfocusplanner.com/support and click on Change Planner Lines from the main menu.
What if I’m an international subscriber but would like to switch to one of the new lines?
International subscribers have the option of switching to a different Full Focus line at the time of their subscription renewal. Since all four planners are shipped together, we are not able to accommodate changes mid-subscription.
If you would like one of these new planners to replace your current subscription, simply visit fullfocusplanner.com/support and click on Change Planner Lines from the main menu.
What if I’m a current domestic annual subscriber, but want to switch colors within my subscription line?
Please follow these quick and easy steps to select a new color of your choice. Please note: all changes must be made 5 business days prior to your next shipment. If you make a color change less than 5 business days from your next scheduled shipment, the updated color will go into effect after you receive your next shipment.
What if I’m a current international annual subscriber, but want to switch colors?
Please follow these quick and easy steps to select a new color of your choice. Since you are an international subscriber, please note that all of your shipments for the year ship annually instead of quarterly. Therefore, it's crucial that color changes are made at least 5 business days prior to your first shipment in your auto-renewal. If you make a color change less than 5 business days from your next scheduled shipment, the updated color will go into effect one full year later.
Can I apply a current discount to my existing subscription?
No. Any available discounts are valid for new subscriptions only.
I have multiple subscriptions. Can they ship out together?
We can help you with that! Please contact us at fullfocusplanner.com/support and when prompted, click on “Sync Shipments for Multiple Subscriptions.” Our Customer Experience team will be happy to adjust your subscriptions so that your quarterly orders ship out together in one shipment.
*The ship date of the first shipment is not able to be adjusted, but our team is happy to help sync up your future shipments.
What is your refund policy for single planners?
Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their product to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, please go to fullfocusstore.com/a/returns.
The refund for returns will be for the value of the returned items, less the cost of your return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund.
What is your refund policy for annual subscribers?
New domestic subscribers: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your first shipment to request a refund. Can you ship all 4 planners in my annual subscription at one time?
Our products are set up so that an annual subscription ships one per quarter and single planners ship all at once. Therefore, if you need multiple planners in one shipment the single planner option would best suit your needs.
When will my next planner ship?
The Full Focus Store offers prepaid 12 month Subscriptions (“Annual Subscriptions”) for domestic customers that include four shipments per year; the first is shipped immediately upon purchase and then each subsequent ship date is every 85 days thereafter. Domestic Annual Subscriptions will not be shipped in one shipment containing all four products. This information is accessible through our customer portal. First log in and navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account. From there, click on View Subscriptions, and then Quarterly Delivery Schedule to view dates & details of your next few shipments.
When will my order ship?
No matter which shipping method you choose, there is always a 1-2 business day processing window. This means if you choose Expedited or Overnight shipping, you should still plan for two extra business days before your package goes out the door.
When will my package arrive?
For international orders, the standard shipping option guarantees delivery within 14 business days. For domestic orders, the standard shipping option guarantees delivery within 8 business days.
Due to Covid-19, if you select the Flat-Rate Shipping option, you may experience delays in your shipping beyond our standard 4-8 business day window.
I just moved. Will my order be forwarded?
If you applied for a change of address through your local post office and your mail is currently being forwarded, your order should be forwarded to your new address. Please note, however, that you may incur an additional service fee from your local post office. To update your address for future shipments, please sign into your account here, fullfocusstore.com/account. Don't have an account yet? Create one using the email address entered at checkout and your order history will populate.
Can I make a return?
Absolutely. New customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their product to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, please contact support.
I’m an international Customer. Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Yes. Please keep in mind that import taxes are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are not controlled by us and are the buyer's responsibility.
I live in the United States. How will my order be shipped if I select the Standard Shipping option?
We use a service called Mail Innovations. UPS Mail Innovations works with the U.S. Postal Service, providing the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of mail, with final delivery being made by domestic and international postal services.
Getting Started with the Full Focus Planner
This feels a little overwhelming, where is the best place to start?
We recommend you start with the Day Pages, particularly the Daily Big 3. The is the fastest way to get momentum quickly and start seeing results almost immediately. You can then learn about the other features of the planner and integrate them into your lifestyle as time allows. The goal is progress, not perfection!
What if I’m struggling to get started, because I’m afraid of making a mistake?
We recommend you try the Pilot Frixion Erasable Gel Pens. These can be found at Amazon by clicking here. They are amazing. If you want a little nicer version, check this one out. Please note, however, that if you leave your planner in the sun and it gets too warm, the ink will disappear.

What is the difference between “front stage,” “back stage,” and “off stage?"
These concepts are taken from Michael’s online course, Free to Focus and can be incorporated into your use of the planner. In short, Back Stage is time preparing for your main work (e.g. writing a script for a podcast), Front Stage is time presenting or doing your main work (e.g. recording the podcast), and Off Stage is time spent not working.
How does the annual subscription work? What are the advantages of getting one?
