Getting Started with the Full Focus Planner
How does the annual subscription work? What are the advantages of getting one?
Since the Full Focus Planner is built for a 90-day achievement cycle, an annual subscription allows you to get four planners per year. Subscribers will receive all four planners in one shipment. This is less expensive and much simpler than ordering single planners each time you need a new one. Like a magazine subscription, your annual planner subscription will renew each year until you cancel.
Please note: We no longer sell subscriptions that ship one planner per quarter.

What is your return policy?
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item arrived damaged please contact us at fullfocus.co/plannersupport.

How can I change the renewal date of my annual subscription?
You are always welcome to extend the renewal date of your annual subscription! To do so, simply contact us at fullfocus.co/plannersupport. In your request, please be sure to include the date you would like your renewal to occur.
How do I update my billing information?
How do I update my shipping information?
For annual subscriptions, log in and navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account. Next, click on the Manage Your Subscription(s) square. Click on the Edit link next to the subscription you need to change. Finally, click on your name and address below your product listed. After you make your changes, scroll down and click Update Shipping Address.
Please note: The shipping address for one-time orders (non-subscriptions) cannot be updated.
How can I obtain an invoice?
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in and navigate to fullfocusstore.com/account. Next, click on the View Subscriptions link. Next, click on the Edit link next to the subscription you need to change. Lastly, click on the Cancel Subscription link below the Shipping/Billing address section.
Please be sure to use the same email address you used to place your initial order. This will allow the system to identify your past purchases.
Please note: Simply ordering a product from our store will not automatically create an account and this must be done separately. Once you complete this process you will be able to sign in and view all subscriptions you have purchased with that email address.
How can I change my future shipment dates?
We are happy to adjust your future shipment dates! Please contact us at fullfocus.co/plannersupport and we’ll make this edit for you. In your request, please feel free to include the timeframes in which you would like to receive your planners. Although we cannot guarantee delivery at any certain time, we’ll make every effort to ensure you receive your planners in your desired timeframe.
As a current annual subscriber, how do I switch planner colors or lines?
Please follow these quick and easy steps to select a new color of your choice. All changes must be made 24 hours prior to your next shipment. If you make a color change less than 24 hours from your next scheduled shipment, the updated color will go into effect after you receive your next shipment.
Note: When you change your variant, your future renewal price resets to the current price shown on the Full Focus Store website.
I have multiple subscriptions. Can they ship out together?
We can help you with that! Please contact us at fullfocus.co/plannersupport and when prompted, click on “Sync Shipments for Multiple Subscriptions.” Our Customer Experience team will be happy to adjust your subscriptions so that your quarterly orders ship out together in one shipment.
*The ship date of the first shipment is not able to be adjusted, but our team is happy to help sync up your future shipments.
What is your refund policy for single planners?
Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their product to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, please go to fullfocusstore.com/a/returns.
The refund for returns will be for the value of the returned items, less the cost of your return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund.
What is your refund policy for annual subscribers?
As a domestic subscriber, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your shipment to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. To process your return, please contact us at fullfocus.co/plannersupport, and our team will be glad to help.
We do not have a refund policy for international subscribers. However, if you would like to ship the planners back to us on your dime, please reach out to us.

How can I change my future shipment dates?

In your request, please feel free to include the timeframes in which you would like to receive your planners. Although we cannot guarantee delivery at any certain time we’ll make every effort to ensure you receive your planners in your desired timeframe.
When will my order ship?
Our orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place your order on a Friday afternoon, you can anticipate that order being shipped out on Monday. This means if you choose an expedited shipping option, you should still plan for 1-2 business days before your package goes out the door.
When will my package arrive?
For international orders, the standard shipping option guarantees delivery within 14 business days. For domestic orders, the standard shipping option guarantees delivery within 8 business days.

Can I make a return?

I’m an international Customer. Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Why is my return shipping label more expensive than my original shipping cost?
We use a different shipping carrier for returns than our regular shipments. Since we have different contracts for each service, the shipping expense isn't the same.
After I submit my return, how long do I have before my return shipping label expires?
Your label will expire 15 days after it has been generated.
