I have been using the FFP Journal for a few years now and this new version has some great tools/pages. The issue I have is the size is significantly smaller and does not lay flat to write. It is also has significantly fewer pages. I wish this would have been kept with the original size and amount of pages.

The Full Focus Team
I’ve enjoyed the journal. The prompts are fun - I pick a few each day to guide my writing, and always answer the last unique prompt. Then check in more thoroughly on one goal.. it’s been very enjoyable. Just wish it was slightly bigger.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! We're so happy that you're loving the Full Focus Journal!

I was a user of the old/original Full Focus Journal and it was a good product but very stale. It became clear to me that it was the overlooked child of the Full Focus family and needed an update. I never finished my first journal, and ended up giving some of my extras to a friend (who loved it). This new journal is a huge improvement in every way but one. First, you can determine how much space you want for each question rather than having it rationed. Second, there is a unique question every day for variety that really gets you thinking. My only complaint is that they made it much smaller than the original without changing the price. To add insult to injury, the dimensions were not listed in the product description at the time that I purchased it (and I think they are still lacking). For the sake of honesty, the product description should clarify that this is much smaller than the original and therefore smaller than the Full Focus Planner. Also they should charge a lower price for such a small product. Other than that though, this is a solid journal that I highly recommend. For these problems, I knocked off one star.
I have been buying the full focus journal for quite some time. I really love the size of the original planner. I just received my new planner in the new style and it is significantly smaller and not as easy to utilize. 284 pages in the old planner and 223 in the new planner. While I like the design of the new planner the size is just not worth the money spent.
The Full Focus Journal gets me to think on those things for which I'm grateful. It gives me a daily dose of gratefulness that I would otherwise ignore. My mindset has changed for the better since using the Journal. I can tell when I've missed a day with it and I never want to do that.
