I would purchase the loose pages if they fit into the back pocket of my planner but unfortunately they are a tad bit to wide to do that. Looks like a great tool. I wish there was way to get notified when it’s back in stock so that I don’t have to rely on myself to check.

Michelle Robinson (Post Falls, ID, US) I have 1 on 1 meetings with my direct reports weekly. This tool allows me to stay organized as I have my list of tasks and projects that I’m delegating during each meeting and then I have this note pad that I jot feedback, notes, results, & additional projects they have accepted on.
It’s helpful to keep my talking points separate from the discussion during the meeting. Historically I have never allotted enough space to organize feedback, results, & notes on the same page as my meeting agenda sheet.
The prompts really keep the discussion on point.
