This is, by far, the best planner I've found for daily use. It has two pages per day, roundups/reflections at the beginning of each weak, a weekly overview page, and a timeline for listing meetings. The way it's organized is great, too. All of the pages you use are in order (instead of how some planners have all weekly roundups at the beginning then daily spreads in another section) so you never have to go crazy flipping through pages. very easy to use.

This is a quarterly planner, so if you use this every day, you'll go through it in 3 months. I've seen some complaints about this, but having it be quarterly is by far the best decision they could've made from a product perspective. if they had made this planner span a full year, it would've been literally one thousand pages long. They lean into the quarterly structure and build your goal-setting around it, which makes the planner feel very supportive. Also, for my workflow, it makes a lot more sense to set goals quarterly, so I like this layout/organization a lot.

Lastly, this planner feels pretty durable, and I'm pleased with the paper quality. I'm a big spiral-bound notebook person. I like being able to flip all of the pages back to focus on one page at once, then leave the notebook on my desk. The pages are definitely thick enough. I'm writing with ballpoint pen (muji .5 gel pen) and there's no bleed-through. The pages are a nice color too. They're not fluorescent white (thank god), but more of a nice cream color that's easy on the eyes. the spiral binding is really good quality too, the metal is very thick.

Needless to say, I'm glad I purchased this, and plan on re-purchasing again multiple times. If this brand every announces that they're discontinuing this planner, I will buy a box of 20 and hoard them in my basement. Highly recommend!

Please please please bring back the coil portfolio planner!

I am a recovering weekly planner, but I have been overwhelmed and unproductive lately. I tried out the focus planner after seeing so many ads and reading hte comments. I actually really enjoy this planner. It makes work feel manageable. I love that it is chunked into smaller focus areas quarterly instead of annually, and daily instead of weekly. I love the top 3 and teh weekly reflection. So far so good! I am about a month in and I have been consistently reflecting and planning. I love it.
