The book is well-written, with a concise but clear style, many anecdotes and many insights for developing our own rituals. As a small improvement, I suggest to reference in the running text the bibliography entries published at the end of the book. In this way, it is simpler to fid the right reference and, moreover, to understand that there is a reference. 5 stars anyway.

I think that thing I loved the most about this book, I got the audiobook first and I have listened to it at least 5 times all the way through, was the confirmation of things that you know are true but you couldn't explain why. I am a Christian and a big light bulb moment was the thought that one of the worst things in this life is habitual sin and the best way to combat that is form good habits that allow you to make your choices when you have good mental energy and have the autopilot on when you are weak physically and mentally and not to try to make choices when our flesh is at its weakest, and we are most likely to fall into habits that we would like to eliminate from our lives. This will be an incredible blessing to anyone but a particular joy to Christians who would like their lives to be pleasing to Christ.
