The book is a little shorter than i expected but thats a good thing! Its written in a clear and concise b manner with great tips starting with how to evaluate if you even need a meeting to structure, how to make the meeting effective and ensure action is taken after the meeting to make sure things get done! Hyatt writes well and is easy to read. All his books have been great!
