Isabell Woest (Kalmar, H, SE) Living outside the US in another time zone I couldn’t participate in the live event. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time to get access to the recording. It would’ve been easier to schedule the course for me if I’d known when the recordings would be accessible. Some weeks later, I can’t find the course on my dashboard anymore.
The course itself is quite long and little of it is new if you’ve listened to Full Focus Podcast and done the life course. It’s nice to get some examples for goals, however, they’re often too focused on business people in my mind.

Sally Siilberman (Fredericksburg, VA, US) This training company provide surprisingly poor customer service. Between delayed responses to simple questions (i.e. When will the course recording be available?) to unclear communications (i.e. Received an email stating the recording is available for a "few weeks" whereas the portal indicates access for a year.) This company is a mess. I'd strongly recommend that potential students stay away until they get their act together. If the owners knew how bad it was, they'd be horrified!
