This tool allows me to stay organized as I have my list of tasks and projects that I’m delegating during each meeting and then I have this note pad that I jot feedback, notes, results, & additional projects they have accepted on.
It’s helpful to keep my talking points separate from the discussion during the meeting. Historically I have never allotted enough space to organize feedback, results, & notes on the same page as my meeting agenda sheet.
