Kay Bee (Dallas, TX, US) I have used the planner for several years now and love it. It keeps me focused on the important tasks over the urgent ones ever waving "me first". I have a couple of suggestions: I have a hard time seeing the lines and would like a version with stronger and a bit larger print and the time numbers in front of the space between the lines, not in front of the line for the daily calendar page. And my wish would be to get the leather red poppy color back.

Lori I can't speak highly enough of this company's customer service. I ordered this as a gift at the beginning of December, but it still wasn't here on the 23rd. The tracking had been stuck for several days. They responded almost immediately and said they's mail another, so I told my daughter one of her gifts was delayed. BUT, they must have somehow gotten a new journal onto Santa's sleigh, or something, because it was delivered on Christmas Day. I've never experienced anything like that. Also, my daughter loves the journal and is looking forward to using it.
