About the Creators

What is the difference between the Wellness Planner and the original planner? โ๏ธ
In short, weโve taken the features youโve come to grow and love about the planner and added a wellness flair. You will now be able to track your sleep, self-care, stress levels, water intake, movement, and nutrition each day, along with setting your Daily Big 3, managing your tasks list, and setting your schedule. We also have incorporated daily gratitude. The Weekly Preview has been adjusted to take into account how you feel about your progress on your Weekly Big 3 and we make sure to help prompt you on how you plan to manage your stress and joy levels in the upcoming week. Plus, we now have a Self-Care Planner at the beginning of the planner, along with a Heart Check to check in with what motivates and excites you, plus several other new features.
