Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Full Focus. Below is what you can expect when you place an order. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner.
Order Processing
Orders received by 12:00 PM CST will generally be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Full Focus reserves the right to adjust shipping methods or costs at any time at its sole discretion.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. For domestic orders, standard shipping typically delivers within 8 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Available shipping destinations and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. For international orders, standard shipping typically delivers within 14 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are assessed once your shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in your product or shipping cost, are not controlled by Full Focus, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Full Focus is not responsible for orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Full Focus is not responsible for replacing shipments sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at purchase. We are unable to update address information once a shipment is in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier to update address information for in-transit shipments.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage along with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll issue a replacement.
