I did not need a hat, therefore I was not looking forward to it.
The hat is of excellent quality. I wore it for my regular morning run, and feeling the “Double Win” on my head lifts up my spirit every time! Running is an activity that is purely for self care, and the quote unexpectedly makes me proud that I’m taking care of myself.

The book is really good! I’ve especially enjoyed hearing it on the podcast, too. I rarely, if ever, wear a baseball cap and has requested that one not be sent. It was in the box anyway, so it went to my donate box.
