How far out in my life will I be planning for?
We set the horizon for LifeFocus at 10 years so you can plan well into the future. Beyond that, it’s difficult to truly plan, as circumstances change. You’ll want to revisit your life plan often to make sure it’s still up to date.

No. We touch on SMARTER goals, which are informed by your LifePlan, but if you want an in-depth training on how to set SMARTER goals, consider adding on the Full Focus Goal Setting course.
Will there be opportunities to interact with other participants?
Yes, that’s one of the best parts of the retreat! There will be multiple Q&A sessions where you can get feedback or clarification as we move through the process. We will also have breakout groups so you can interact with other LifeFocus participants throughout the day. Best of all, you’ll end the two days with your life plan fully written.
Will the event be recorded so I can watch it later if I can't attend live?
Yes, LifeFocus Retreat will be recorded, and you will have a full year of access so you can watch it at your leisure.

What happens once I have my life plan finished?
Your next step after completing LifeFocus is to move onto our Full Focus Goal Setting course. This will help you take your life plan and determine what your next steps and goals are for the coming 12 months.
My spouse and I want to do LifeFocus together. Do we need our own Kits?
If you plan to work through the process at the same time, we recommend getting your own LifeFocus Kits for each person. You will get your own set of guidebooks (necessary for each person going through LifeFocus) and 11 card decks (includes 9 life domain decks, 1 mission deck, and 1 values deck). If you plan to do LifeFocus at seperate times, you will see the option at checkout to add a Companion Pack of guidebooks to your order.
At what age is it too late to create a life plan?
